Code of Conduct

Civitas is a place for civil discussion among a diverse and dynamic group of people who want to make a positive difference in their community. All members must commit to a set of shared values and norms. As a member, you agree to conduct yourself within these norms when participating in club events. You further acknowledge that consistent or blatant disregard for these norms may result in expulsion from the Club:

• Be respectful of others even if you have divergent points of view.
• Be solution oriented - embrace creativity.
• Be inclusive and collaborative - we are indeed stronger together.
• Focus on what we have in common as human beings versus our differences.
• Keep all discussions and interactions at a non-partisan basis.
• Refrain from selling goods or services.
